Ouch - My BACK!!!

Ok, not that we've got enough on our plates already, but......... I blew out my L4 Disk last week. An innocent attendance at my daughter's "teenie tiny tumblers" class at the YMCA and there it went. Got to go through the "TUBE" today for an MRI and found this:

Suffice to say, I'm a bit laid up for the duration. I'm in therapy and will be seeing a spine surgeon next week. Hopefully we can fix this with the skilled hands of my personal guru of all things PT (that's Physical Terrorism) and maybe some injections (ouch). This is my hope as I'm in the process of having my Gastric Bypass surgery reapproved now that I've jumped through their 6 month hoop of medically supervised weight loss! Maybe they can dovetail, I'll recuperate the back while recuperating from the Bypass? Hmmm, not too sure about that.

Anyhow - prayers, thoughts, and anecdotes are welcome!
